Whether you are a beer connoisseur or simply like to test out new flavors, there are plenty of options to choose from in and around the city of El Paso. If you are looking for a great place to sample some unique beer flavors on your next night out, be sure to put one of the breweries listed below on your evening’s itinerary.

1.  DeadBeach Brewery

Located on Durango Street, the DeadBeach Brewery has a wide selection of beers all boasting unique and bold flavors. The brewery prides itself on its community and only uses local ingredients in its brewery creations. There is no shortage of selections to choose from, and the brewery makes sure to always keep at least eight of the favorite local flavors on tap. If you are new to the craft beer scene, you can learn a little about their craft by attending one of their many hosted beer-making classes. If you are a fan of intense flavors, be sure to give their famed Abuelita Stout a go.

2. The Hoppy Monk

If you are looking for a place with so many beers you could probably never try them all and an environment as fun as its name, then The Hoppy Monk is the place to stop. They boast more than 140 beer selections with 70 available on draft and 70 as canned or bottled options. But beer is not the only beverage The Hoppy Monk offers to relax and wind down. You can also choose from an extensive menu of fine scotch and crafted spirits. Create the perfect end to the evening by finishing off your drink with a cigar. While you can hardly go wrong with anything off of their beer menu, some of the most popular favorites include Ranger Creek San Antonio Lager and Real Ale Gose.

3. Craft and Social

For those looking for some great drinks and equally great grub, stop on into Craft and Social in the Office District of Downtown El Paso. They feature at least 20 beers on tap on a rotating schedule so you can stop in to try some new flavors, or come back when your favorites get back on tap. If it becomes one of your frequent hot spots, be sure to purchase a growler so that you can enjoy discounted fills on each of your visits. For added entertainment, be sure to stop by on karaoke night!

4. Block – Table & Tap

With 100-plus types of canned and bottled beer and over 30 brews on tap, you can definitely find a favorite at Block – Tap & Table. It is the go-to spot for finding those one-of-a-kind offerings that only come out every so often. They feature barrel-aged beers, a wide variety of IPAs and stouts, and craft beer flavors from all across the globe.
